Write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Use the email address you paid with, if you can. A short note like "Refund, please" is enough.

We refund you
We refund the full price to the card or payment method you used. You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form or send anything back.

Your bank shows it
We send the refund through our payment provider, Stripe. Most banks show it within about 5 to 10 working days. Sometimes the first charge simply disappears from your statement instead.
